Ann serves as Chief Compliance Officer for CS EYE and as an officer for the AAPC (American Academy of Professional Coders). She serves on the AAPC National Advisory Committee, is a member of the AAPC Healthcom Hall of Fame and has her Master’s in Business Administration. Ann’s 28 years of healthcare experience included leading the Revenue Cycle Management Team at Gunderson Health System.
Bekah Miller, ECPN and Optometry Management
Bekah serves as Customer Service and Training Manager at CS EYE. Bekah’s experience as clinic and business manager provided 10 years of experience in hiring and training clinic staff, the billing process, implementing policies and patient flow, training on and converting EHRs, opticians as well as HR, Customer Service.
